These apply to you. The Terms of Service is the contract; the rest either form part of it or explain something it refers to.

What we hold ourselves to
This one is a commitment from us, not a rule for you. There is nothing here to accept. It says how we prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation on this platform, how anybody can report it with or without an account, and what we do about it, including the parts we do not do.
Only if you take on a role
Neither of these applies to you unless you have taken on that role and accepted it. They are here because anybody is entitled to read what we require of the people who moderate this community and of the professionals listed in it.
Forms
Not a contract and it governs nothing. It is here to make one of the rights above easier to use, and you never have to use it.
Where an account may be opened is decided from your address using IP Geolocation by DB-IP, a database we hold and read on our own servers. Your address is not sent anywhere to do it, and nothing about the lookup is stored.
